if you do not know dastardly is a character from wacky races by hanna barbera and aired in the 60s he tries to win races but is foiled everytime by peter perfect his rival. also he was based on the great race movie also from the 60s main character. wacky races is also based upon this movie. you can get it on netflix if you have a wii or account with them.
