Hello Kev. I think it's awesome that you're recreating the original Sonic SatAM opening. There were many interesting details, such as actually showing Bunnie getting partially roboticized, that I wish were actually animated. Even Mutski is shown for a bit. I noticed that only about the last few seconds of this original opening are actually on Youtube. I could only find storyboards of the rest of the opening. Is the animated version of the rest of this opening lost?

Anyway, your version of the opening looks great so far. Thank you for doing this, and I look forward to seeing the rest.

As far as I know the rest of the original animated opening is lost to the mists of time, perhaps someone will someday discover a copy but until then all we have is that 14ish seconds worth someone posted on Youtube.
My recreation working from the storyboards is nearly at the point where the existing footage begins, at that point I will basically just trace whats already there. I notice there is no Antoine or Dulcy in this intro, they must have been created at a later stage along with Sally changing from the pink colour she has here.

I suppose I could add them in, maybe at the end where Sonic is carrying everyone else have Dulcy flying and carrying a few of the others in the background to spread out the weight. Seems a bit too much for Sonic to carry them all with such ease.
