Wasn't Sonic's first game on the Master System?

Nope. There is a Master System version, but it came after the Genesis one.

Wow, very nice! I forgot you were working on this!

Can I add a few things though? The Spinball sprites....that last one appears to be Muttski, not Antoine. Also, the Sally figure is from a series of feve figures from France, if you want to add more information to what exactly that is.

Okay, cool, thanks! Good catch on the Muttski thing. Also, I'm not sure when you read it, but I just added some more to the end of the article this morning.

By all means, if you find any errors or think of anything else to add, I'm all ears.

I'm not surprised you forgot, seeing as I've had this on the back burner for, what, 3 years now?

P.S. I assume you meant to type "five" and not "feve"?

No, I meant feve (with an accent mark over the 1st "e")
    http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/f%C3%A8ve
    Definition #4
"the trinket in a king cake (galette des rois) – originally an actual broad bean, today often a plastic or metal trinket"

There's a picture at the bottom of that page too.

It's from a set of 6 figures: Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Robotnik (I don't know what name is on that one, but I'd assume Robotnik), Sally, and Burrobot (spelled Bur robot)

I think the only suggestion I have is to maybe mention Amy in relation to the Fleetway FFs since you show her picture, even just something like "with Amy Rose joining [the FFs] later. Just to prevent any Amy fans from accusing us of ignoring her.

Here's the eBay seller I got my two feve from. She hasn't any since as far as I know, although I haven't checked regularly.

Ah, okay, thanks for the correction. I had Googled it and nothing came up right away so I figured it was a typo.

Not a bad article. A reference to the small animals and the StC Sally was probably worth putting somewhere on the site too.

Also hadn't noticed how much Sally's design looked like 'Ricky' in those storyboards (near identical outside the leaner body and 'Sonic-like hair' on the back).

I'm flattered you put a piece of my art on there by the way. If you want though, I have made much better Sally Uekawa pics since then.

I still really like this one the best. Hope you don't mind.

Glad you like the article. Let me know if you have anything to add to it, as I know you're also very much into the history of this stuff.

I remember the books made in 1993-94 by "Martin addams" those books based more in the "Freedom Team" and StC concepts than SatAM and featured "Joe Sushi" and "Johnny Lightfoot" but I mentally pictured them as Rotor and Bunnie Sadly Sally being a Crybaby was quite unexcusable... But don't forget, ashe was expected as "Sally, the fluffy bowtie wearing mongrel" and not SatAM's "Sally the hawt butt kicking Terminator"
    Be extraordinary!
