How old were you when the show came out?

I guess I was 7 or 6 years young when the show came out in Germany.
And I really loved this show from the first beginning and I really still love it!
I always loved Sonic Saturday AM more than the Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog.
Especially because of Sally, and the series have a better atmosphere and the drawings are much better.
In my opinion Dr. Robotnik also looks better in Saturday AM than in the other series.

Unfortunately the show got the same opening like the other show The Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog in Germany.
Never mind, because the most important thing is that I could saw this great series generally.
And thank God I could saw the great intro years later on YouTube.

I can remember how I was visiting one day my doctor, and leafed through a magazine for children and saw a picture of Saturday AM.
I guess my mom or I asked him if I can take this magazine home and he said yes, no problem. XD

I really hope that some day I can get the english dvd and I hope the series will appear here in Germany on dvd, too.

I was 7. First caught it on the USA Cartoon Express and a couple times on ABC. Then the comics fanned the flame even more. Especially Spaz's old comic cover style. It just ... let's just say it helped make me the artist I am today.


Can't get over how it's simple yet epic and detailed at the same time. Blew my mind.
