So, when people debate and discuss Archie Sonic, it's always between either the Ken Penders era or the Ian Flynn era. There is no mention of the Karl Bollers era or the era before Penders came onboard as head writer. Why is that? I mean, sure, you can say the pre-Penders era was too different from the rest of the comic to be significant (dunno if it's still in canon, though), and Penders was technically still writing the Knuckles part of the comics during Boller's era, but no one ever talks about them as part of the Penders vs. Flynn debate. Why is that?
